How do I change my billing information, or cancel my service?

You cannot change a Premium subscription's billing information after it has already been established. If you need to change payment methods you'll want to turn off auto-renewal, allow the subscription to lapse, then set up a new one once the subscription has expired. If you want to turn off the auto-renewal or end your subscription, just go to your Premium settings page on Wowhead or reach out by creating a support ticket here.
